Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2 to 4 business days

• Other Areas: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

From time to time, 360BAZAAR may offer Free Shipping promotions on selected products or orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipment updates via SMS, phone call, WhatsApp, or email, depending on the courier service.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided shipping address.

Repeated refusal to accept confirmed orders may result in future order restrictions.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

360BAZAAR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or incorrect contact information provided during checkout.


Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Currently, 360BAZAAR ships only within Pakistan.
